This 3 day event will be a 3 game guarantee, pending weather. Team First Baseball Events LLC reserves the right to alter the schedule due to unforeseen circumstances leading up to or during the event. Umpires are paid by Team First Baseball Events LLC and baseball are provided. All participating teams must have a roster and insurance submitted the Tuesday before the event.

There will be a $10 Gate Fee or a $25 early bird pass. The early bird pass will not be available for purchase after May 2, 2025.

**Team First Baseball Events LLC is not responsible for injuries that occur during the event on or off the field. Each team will provide insurance that will cover their participants in the event of an injury.
